Change instance configuration

Creates an order to change the configuration (e.g. SKU upgrade/downgrade) of an existing instance. Returns the new order identifier on success.

Reserve a specific IP address within the given subnet so it is not auto-allocated

Create a charging (metered) order POST

Creates an order to switch an existing instance to metered (postpaid) billing. Returns the new order identifier on success.
