Create a charging (metered) order

Creates an order to switch an existing instance to metered (postpaid) billing. Returns the new order identifier on success.

Change instance configuration POST

Creates an order to change the configuration (e.g. SKU upgrade/downgrade) of an existing instance. Returns the new order identifier on success.

Close an order POST

Closes an order that has not yet been paid. Only unpaid orders can be closed.
